Appointments are 23-60 minutes long. The fabrication of custom splints and casts can take longer.
With a valid referral for occupational therapy the costs are covered by the relevant insurance (health insurance, accident insurance, IV, military insurance).
A referral comprises a maximum of 9 therapy sessions. We only arrange as many meetings as necessary. If it takes more than 9 sessions, we can continue with a 2nd referral from a medical professional.
It is best to call us and make an appointment by phone.
If we cannot answer the call (e.g. during a therapy session), please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
You need a referral for occupational therapy, which is issued by your doctor.
We also treat patients who are willing to pay the costs of the therapy themselves. In this case, you pay in cash immediately after the therapy session.
Please bring a valid referral for occupational therapy signed by your doctor as well as your insurance details.
We kindly ask you to cancel or postpone therapy appointments that you cannot take advantage of at least 24 hours in advance.
Dates that have not been canceled in time will be invoiced privately.
